ASG Grading Co runs this site to let collectors submit sports cards for grading. We collect as little as we can, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.

What we collect

When you start a submission we collect your email address and the details of what you're sending (grading tier, card count, card type). That's it — no accounts, no payment details on this site.

How we use it

Your email address is used to verify it's really you (a one-time code) and to send your packing slip. Submission details are stored so we can match your package when it arrives and invoice you. We may contact you about your submission using the address you provided.

Where it lives

Submission records are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Emails are delivered through Resend. Both process this data on our behalf to provide the service.

Cookies & tracking

The public site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics or ad scripts. A single functional cookie is used only to keep the site owner signed in to the private admin area.
